Policy effective from December 1, 2000.
1• Please ensure you read and understand contract before signing.
2• It’s your right to demand a copy of the contract.
3• All additional work must be discussed with L & H. Construction
Inc., documented into the contract and sign by both parties L &
H Construction Inc. and owner) before executed.
4• Any discrepancies with regards to quality and dissatisfaction
of work must be discussed with site foreman or directly with the
President of L & H. Construction Inc. unless otherwise discussed.
5• All financial arrangements must be addressed to the President
of L & H. Construction Inc. Only. Any action other wise will
be considered a breach of contract.
6• If paid by checks, please give three to four days for check
to clear before work is commenced at your premises.
